1. Delivery coverage
We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
2. Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch, across South Africa. Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Delivery times are consistent nationwide rather than split by region, since actual timing can depend on whether stock needs to be ordered in for your specific item.
Custom-manufactured torches are built to order with a 1 working day turnaround before dispatch.
Dispatch happens once your order is confirmed and, while the Site operates on a quote basis, once payment/final confirmation is received. We’ll confirm an estimated delivery date when we confirm your order.
3. Delivery charges
A flat delivery charge of R185 currently applies. This rate is being reviewed as order volumes grow and may be adjusted — the current rate in effect will always be confirmed at checkout/quotation stage before you commit to an order.
4. Large or heavy items
Welding machines and bulk consumable orders may require special courier handling. Where this applies, we’ll confirm any adjusted delivery timeframe or charge before your order is finalised.
5. Gas products
Gas delivery is handled separately from standard product delivery, for safety and regulatory reasons. We service the East Rand, Gauteng, as our standard gas delivery area. Delivery outside this area is available for large orders only — contact us to confirm whether your order and location qualify.
6. Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been dispatched.
7. Delivery issues
